The goal of our Islaamiyaat program is to acquaint the learner with the meanings of the Quran and their relevance to daily life, as opposed to ritual recitation of quranic text without any understanding of its meaning. It also teaches us to bring about spiritual and intellectual growth in our lives.

As a Muslim the tgi syllabus makes teaching in today’s world less challenging for our youth.
It’s really interesting to be able to link all the topics with an Islamic perspective.
As a teacher, I’ve noticed the biggest advantage in the creative writing sections. Children are writing stories that have meaning, rather than made up stories. These stories become Islamic knowledge for the learners at the same time while improving their writing skills.

I’ve had a very good experience using the TGI curriculum in this short while. I find the content very informative for not only the learners but also teachers. Every lesson reminds learners of Islam and being a Muslim and very subtly inculcates Islamic values in our children. The stories are strategically place before an activity creating enthusiasm in the learner to complete the activity. The teachers guide is also very informative with detailed explanations of every activity as well as additional resources that can be used to reinforce.
Working with The Guardian Institute Curriculum has been absolutely fascinating, for both teachers and students as they have responded well and we have most definitely learned so much together.

Meraj Learning Academy
I never thought I would see such enthusiasm and excitement in the eyes of little children when they receive books.. especially school books, but that’s exactly how every term this year has been. The kids look forward to starting the books and thoroughly enjoyed every activity.
Kids were engaged in the lesson, and progressed excellent through the year. Alhamdulillah we are so blessed to have been given the opportunity to pilot this series.

Mahdul ilm is pleased to have joined with TGI in an attempt to streamline and islamicise the curriculum so as to ensure that our girls are being educated in a wholesome, global environment with the correct Islamic foundations.
TGI has a high standard of education with excellent content geared towards fostering enhanced cognitive function.
The content is presented in a colourful and interactive manner which learners enjoy.
The islamic content has proven to be beneficial for learners as well as the parents/guardians.
